The Job Posting Reality Check
Before you spend three hours tailoring a resume for it, find out if the job actually exists.
Check the board's "posted X days ago" tag, if it shows one.
None of these prove fraud by themselves. But if one fires, that's not noise. Slow down and think before you send anything else.
Read this before you trust the score: nothing here can tell you, with certainty, whether one specific job is real. It reads signals, not minds. A perfectly legitimate employer can take longer than seems reasonable to fill a real opening — hiring is often slower and more disorganized than people on the outside assume, not because anyone's lying, but because approvals stall and priorities shift. A high score is a reason for caution, not a verdict. And the most reliable way into a company was never scoring its job posting in the first place — it's finding someone who already works there and asking them directly, or getting introduced sideways by someone who knows someone. This tool tells you where to point your attention. It doesn't replace a human being who can vouch for you.
